Club-A ended a great semester yesterday by assembling the final touches to their very own zine. A zine is a self-published publication of original text and images, often photo-copied and handmade. The students spent many weeks brainstorming, planning, and creating this wonderful piece. Through much discussion they agreed on a theme, Things that are Carried. Each student contributed a submission that explored sub-themes ranging from transportation, emotions, grudges, to the items found in your pocket. Every aspect of this zine was discussed and decided upon as a group, including page numbers, index, cover, and layout. Check out their zine below!
